Responsibilities

Provides expert application and technical support to ensure that applications are optimally planned, documented, validated, adhere to standards, and maintained.

Leads more complex triage and troubleshooting assistance with clinical customers.

Engages in problem management identification, classification, and resolution activities within the applications.

Leads large and complex applications efforts and provides support to other team members as a mentor.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

2 years of recent relevant experience

Expert knowledge of data and application development lifecycle methodologies

Working knowledge of healthcare operations and structure

Working knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7) and Extensible Markup Language (XML) messaging standards and structure, as well as Application Program Interfaces (APIs)

Advanced understanding of downstream applications and core systems integration

Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as executives, managers, and subject matter experts

Preferred

Biomedical experience working with vendor devices and adding those devices to the Sutter domain

Good knowledge of Windows with device integration

Experience with hardware and software in various service lines like GI, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Sleep Centers, Pulmonology, and Audiology

Some onsite support may be required
