Responsibilities
Manage the territory with an entrepreneurial mindset and focus on growing the sales pipeline.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sources, including cold calls, networking, and marketing leads.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using corrugated product offerings.
Conduct analysis of customer and market needs, pricing models, and manufacturing input to inform sales strategies.
Proactively manage customer projects, champion product development activities, and respond promptly to customer requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Required
A minimum of 4 to 5 years of B2B sales experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills enabling you to build strong connections with clients.
Experience generating leads and building a robust pipeline, demonstrating your ability to drive business growth.
Willing to travel up to 50% of the time, including potential overnights stays. Based on the needs of the business.
Valid U.S. Driver’s license, allowing you to hit the road and seize new opportunities.
Preferred
Sales experience in packaging, manufacturing, industrial, or consumer packaged goods/consumer products industries.
Demonstrated experience with value-based selling methodologies and techniques.
Continuing education (i.e., bachelor’s degree, technical training, etc.) or equivalent experience in corrugated packaging will set you apart as a candidate dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth within the industry.
