Responsibilities
Provide equipment-related technical support to on-going production operations including maintenance, spare parts, repairs, and documentation of support activities.
Help instruct employees on equipment usage and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure efficient repair schedules and review cost estimates.
Track machine downtime and recommend strategies for reduction.
Implement safety policies and procedures for the department.
Help develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, and lead the team effectively.

Required
A bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Familiarity with computer design software, a comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and ordinances, and strong communications skills.
Willing to work on 12 hours continental shift (Day/Night).
