Responsibilities

Pick and stage orders in preparation for Route delivery.

Ship orders using ConnectShip.

Confirm shipments in computer system, and collect tracking data

Deliver orders in accordance to the standard operating procedures of that facility.

Take initiative to maintain the cleanliness and process efficiency for your area of work

Work safely, and in compliance with all documented policies and procedures, and report any potential unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately

Required

Legal right to work with the U.S.

High School diploma or equivalent

1+ year(s) required of experience in warehousing and/or inventory control or equivalent demonstration through temp to perm arrangement

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English/Spanish language(s)

Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively engage with, present information to, and respond to questions from team members, other departments, administrators, general public, customers, and contracted suppliers

Perform duties and tasks with an awareness of all documented policies and procedures

Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations, where only limited standardization exists

Able to operate a PC (will train on program specifics)

Capable of lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

Must be familiar with and capable of operating warehouse material handling equipment (i.e. hydraulic jack, forklift, hand truck, etc.)

Must have a clean driving record and ability to make deliveries with a box truck
