Responsibilities

Manage assigned client portfolios, including SLA requirements, and ensure compliance.

Work with Commercial account leaders in preparation and maintenance of account plan.

Provide regular reports to the Director on global accounts activities and recurring issues.

Manage client concerns and provide resolutions.

Attend client meetings.

Deliver as a target of 170 audit days per year, with days assigned, floating, filling in at short notice, mentoring/training with new and existing staff, etc.

Assisting with orientation and training new staff.

Mentoring staff as assigned, performing qualifying reviews and providing training on assessors who deliver audits to the selected accounts.

Perform other projects as assigned.

Required

B.A. / B.S. degree in Business, Communications, or other relevant field.

IATF Lead Assessor (3rd Party) qualifications.

3 + years of experience as BSI Client Manager.

Experience in managing IATF-certified multi-site clients.

Experience supporting global/international, complex enterprise and strategic accounts.

Knowledge of management systems standards and Country trends and demands.

Knowledge of the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry is strongly preferred. Alternatively, knowledge of Professional Services business is required.

Knowledge of Key Account Management and best practices.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Travel up to 80-90% of the time (must not have restrictions to travel within Americas region and the UK).

Fluency in English is required.

Preferred

International experience is a desired asset.

Understanding of Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese is a key differentiator.
