Responsibilities

Derive valuable insights from data to solve complex business problems.

Deliver accurate and actionable insights through visualizations, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.

Develop and support underlying data models, data pipelines, data governance, and data quality efforts.

Operate in an agile manner to enable open collaboration and iterate through deliverables.

Required

A combination of education and experience generally acquired through the attainment of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and minimum 2 years' relevant professional experience OR a total of 6 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of degree.

Demonstrated experience in querying and working with data to create meaningful management information and business analytics.

2 plus years' experience utilizing business intelligence and database reporting tools such as Quick Sight, Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.

Proficient in querying and transforming data to support scalable management information and enhance business analytics.

Ability to coordinate with internal business partners, discuss business needs, and execute the work in an iterative fashion.

Ability to determine business value and establish KPIs.

Exhibits great interpersonal, verbal and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Capable of researching and problem-solving while working with limited supervision in a fast-paced small team environment.
