Responsibilities
Assist in the review of closed deals in SFDC to ensure accuracy of fields leveraged by the Finance team.
Own the process of creating orders in NetSuite from closed deals in SFDC, ensuring completeness between systems.
Manage the fulfillment tracking process in Netsuite.
Oversee the end-to-end Epion billing and revenue process.
Supervise the billings and collections process, provide support when needed, and report status and issues to management.
Participate in system evaluations and implementations.
Play a key role in the annual audit process.
Report to the Manager, Revenue Accounting in the Finance Division.

Required
4+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role
Experience working at a software or SaaS company
Billing and collections experience
Contract and revenue recognition experience
Experience working cross functionality to complete tasks/projects
Proficient skills in other Microsoft Office and G Suite applications
Preferred
NetSuite experience, including the ARM, SuiteBilling, and Dunning modules
SFDC experience
An understanding that you are willing to tackle work that the team is responsible for that might not be specifically included in this job description
