Responsibilities

Improve Paxos’s products and decision-making by crafting, growing, and optimizing data and data architecture.

Partner with PM, Engineering, and business leaders to understand data needs.

Define the measurement strategy for one or more products.

Optimize and automate existing processes.

Develop data solutions from analysis to automated processes efficiently and scalably.

Educate partners on better decision-making through data.

Build data expertise in specific areas and become the go-to person for those domains.

Advocate for data integration in the product development life cycle and advise leaders within the company.

Required

7+ years of experience with translating business problems and requirements into data problems and communicating results back to non-technical audiences.

Performing data analysis; fintech and/or financial markets experience preferred.

Expertise in SQL.

Designing, building, automating and maintaining dashboards in BI/visualization software (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Sisense).

Multitasking, prioritizing and managing multiple projects autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Proficiency in Python/R/scripting languages, predictive analytics methodologies and packages, experimentation and statistical analysis, metric design and data modeling.

Knowledge and experience with blockchain data (transactions, balances, etc).
