Responsibilities
Use blended learning techniques for training development.
Clarify and document customer operational requirements and training objectives.
Assist in prioritizing requirements for training development.
Research and leverage domain-specific resources for content development.
Collaborate in the design and development of training materials.
Employ technology in developing training materials.
Develop practical evaluations for student mastery.
Identify learning applications and tools to enhance training.
Aggregate and analyze feedback and metrics on training success.
Review materials to ensure compliance with ISD principles and Government standards.

Required
Three (3) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years, in synchronous and asynchronous instructional systems design and in the development of skills-based instruction to adults to include using web-based or distance learning teaching technologies, (e.g., Centra, Blackboard, Questionmark, SumTotal).
Minimum of nine (9) years of experience, shall include: Five (5) years of SIGINT or Intelligence Community experience as an Intelligence Analyst, ELINT Analyst, Signals Analyst, or Computer Network Operations workrole. Three (3) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years, of applied practical experience developing, documenting and/or updating basic, intermediate, or advanced training materials following the principles of ISD.
M.A. in language, Area Studies, Education, Educational Technology, ISD, Intelligence, or other directly related discipline.
Basic skills in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred
Three (3) years of experience teaching the relative discipline (CCNO, ELINT, SA, A&R) to adult learners.
In lieu of the relevant Master's Degree: six (6) additional years of applied, practical experience in the education, instructional design, or applicable analysis fields (for a total of fourteen (14) years of work experience) may be substituted OR B.A./B.S. and an additional two (2) years of experience in the education, instructional design, or applicable analysis fields for a total of ten (10) years may be substituted.
