Responsibilities

Proactively connect with internal business partners to understand their processes and goals.

Identify gaps in current state business processes and define solutions to close those gaps.

Capture business requirements, map processes, scope efforts, and develop functional specifications.

Collaborate across IT teams and business partners to research alternatives, drive experiments, and implement transformation projects.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership on project status and risks.

Serve as the subject matter expert for solution implementation and integrations.

Execute against a prioritized backlog to deliver initiatives aligned with business strategies.

Continuously seek to understand business IT needs and optimize processes.

Stay updated on technologies and best practices to drive success.

Required

Experience in project management, business system analysis, or process analysis.

Knowledge of designing, configuring, testing and implementing IT solutions.

Experience understanding and diagraming complex business processes, gathering functional requirements, providing support and guidance to internal IT teams and external vendors as they develop technical solutions.

Experience building relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points and goals.

Ability to guide stakeholders through problem definition, requirements gathering, conceptual experimentation and implementation.

Proficient working with cross-functional team environments through self-directed collaborative approaches.

Ability to drive and achieve improvement opportunities focusing on root cause analysis to enable self-serve, automation, eliminating old process and technologies, and continuous optimization of our long-term valued systems.

Experience working with software vendors or software development to solve business needs.

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, economic conditions considered.

Preferred

Experience working in a construction environment both in the home office and in the field.

Experience working within AGILE© Teams and innovation frameworks.

Experience with analytics tools and concepts such as Data lakes and/or Power BI.

Experience working with global teams.
