Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and client needs.
Be a liaison between business stakeholders and middleware/infrastructure teams as required.
Develop clean code adhering to best practices and industry standards for frontend development.
Perform thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and security.
Provide senior level technical oversight on multiple IT projects simultaneously.
Understand IT challenges and assist in formulating suitable IT strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Analyse requirements and use cases to determine approach and development strategies.
Conduct testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess user experience.
Help build business cases and define pre-packaged and bundled solutions.
Drive the design and construction of innovative technology solutions for complex business problems.
Communicate and document architectural and technical approaches and decisions.
Identify tasks and estimate efforts as per project requirements.
Troubleshoot website-related issues to find and document root causes and propose solutions.
Research emerging technologies, lead evaluation studies, and address organizational opportunities and risks.

Required
7+ Years of IT Experience
4+ Years strong knowledge building Node JS applications on React JS
2+ Years of JavaScript/Typescript experience on Next JS
3+ Years knowledge in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap/Tailwind or similar
1+ Year knowledge on Storybook for React components or similar
2+ years knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services
1+ Year familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less or similar
1+ Years knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, GIT, Jenkins
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Systems/Information Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent with more than 6 years of IT experience
Preferred
Drupal CMS and its RESTful APIs for Content as a Service
Azure Development knowledge and experience
Experience with Agile methodology
Health care insurance industry domain knowledge
Web site accessibility and usability
