Responsibilities
Own and execute B2B email marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Build and launch prospect, customer, and client email campaigns with attention to detail.
Design campaigns based on audience analysis and segment emails for specific audiences.
Ensure accurate formatting, spelling, and send times following industry best practices.
Create and manage email databases, conduct lead analysis, and optimize templates for desktop and mobile.
Set up automated email sequences, track conversion rates, and revenue from campaigns.
Oversee the development and maintenance of email and landing page HTML templates in Marketo.

Required
3-5 years of experience leveraging Marketo or a similar tool.
3-4 years of experience leading nurture strategies and cultivating customer relationships.
2+ years of experience in B2B Marketing.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, information technology, related field or equivalent of work experience.
Familiarity with working on highly matrixed teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to set goals.
Strong problem-solving skills are required.
Project Management skills are required.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and content management systems.
Expertise with web and user analytics tools.
Preferred
Experience with Marketo is a plus.
