Responsibilities
Contribute to the creation, delivery, and training for maintaining efficient processes from pre-sales to final campaign launch.
Evaluate areas for process improvement and analyze new products to train cross-functional teams.
Work closely with various departments including Sales, Client Solutions Management, Delivery Ad Operations, and Retail Business Owners.
Support and train teams on process updates and changes, including international partners.
Develop unique solutions to problems and connect the dots for effective operations.

Required
Experience and hands-on knowledge in retail media, eCommerce, and digital advertising.
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
In-depth understanding of the MS Office product suite.
High level of customer service and client engagement.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
The excitement to play an important role in a growth-focused global company through a team-oriented, positive approach.
Strong organization skills – proving the ability to prioritize and ensure deadlines are met.
2+ years in operational excellence or operational processes, project management, or product management.
Professional level written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to receive direction from multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Preferred
Experience presenting and training large groups, at all career levels.
Excel Wizard!
Motivated to influence efficiency and change.
Experience with order to cash workflow.
Experience in processing of data; including opportunity sales cycles, integrity, and input.
