Responsibilities

Develop a long-term vision and strategy for Identity, aligning it with the Pinterest’s mission and goals, and translate that vision into a prioritized roadmap.

In partnership with Legal and Public Policy, understand age and identity related regulation, both globally and domestically, to inform prioritization.

Lead key projects related to authentication, account security/recovery, and age verification, collaborating with Legal, Operations, Policy, Growth and Security.

Required

6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally 3+ years solving Identity problems.

Proven ability to lead teams and work in a highly collaborative environment.

Capable of driving clarity while balancing multiple perspectives and stakeholders.

Comfortable diving into ambiguous technical problems, working closely with engineering teams.

Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing and verbally to many stakeholders.

Great business judgment and ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking.

Preferred

Our PinFlex future of work philosophy requires this role to visit a Pinterest office for collaboration approximately 2x per year. For employees not located within a commutable distance from this in-office touchpoint, Pinterest will cover T&E.
