Responsibilities

Works closely with department operational leader(s) to assess and report performances.

Coordinates scheduled and ad hoc data and analysis requests.

Develops, tests, and delivers scheduled and ad hoc reports.

Proactively reviews and provides data analysis.

Assists in translating business reporting requirements to development staff.

Assists Manager and Director in managing information effectively to improve department efficiency and performance.

Understands revenue cycle operations and technologies currently in place.

Plays a role in the data standardization process and helps develop, maintain, and automate tools and systems to support department monitoring.

Assists with monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for Automation and Global inventory.

Builds a strong understanding of SSC and Revenue Cycle operations and technologies as well as HCA enterprise technologies.

Ensures the accuracy of the data being reported with strong attention to detail.

Works quickly and efficiently to meet customer needs particularly when faced with tight turnaround times.

Practices and adheres to the 'Code of Conduct' philosophy and 'Mission and Value Statement.'

Minimal travel may be required.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree with focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field required.

Minimum 2-3 Years Relevant Experience.

Revenue Cycle/SSC experience preferred.

HCA Based System Experience Preferred.

Preferred

Basic SQL and/or Business Objects query writing experience preferred.
