Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for all service inquiries from customers.
Act as a point of contact for technicians and dispatch in accordance with the order/scheduled work orders.
Complete daily billing for the branch office, ensuring accurate charges according to individual contracts.
Reconcile billing from the previous day against AS400 report for invoicing verification.
Manage expense data to ensure accuracy of weekly employee expense reports before submission for payment.
Order parts and track shipments.
Provide administrative/clerical assistance during projects, maintaining schedules and project spreadsheets.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, fluid environment
