Responsibilities
Measure, report, and forecast accurate cost and revenue dollars and quantities
Fully review contract documents, drawings, and specifications
Assist in defining project budget and cost codes
Ensure acquisition of permits as required
Maintain and update various logs and documentation
Support quality control and ensure approved materials are used
Draft and submit Change Orders and RFIs per PM approval
Review and submit end of month billings
Develop and communicate an effective plan with the superintendent
Monitor work progress and means/methods adherence
Maintain and update project schedule
Review and/or develop material tracking list
Promote safety culture and perform walk-throughs
Enforce contract close-out timeline and reconcile with Subcontractors
Review cost data for accuracy and assist in projection updates
