Responsibilities

Represent the interests of Swisslog in dealing with the project client, the client’s consultants, and Swisslog’s subcontractors.

Support internal workflow equipment and services purchase orders and change management documentation.

Conduct weekly project schedule reviews with project managers.

Support project kick-offs and participate in weekly project meetings.

Support routine audits of project deliverables and conduct gate reviews.

Coordinate usage of tools and test equipment for installation and commissioning of technologies.

Support project handover activities to the customer support department.

Required

Associates in Science or Technology field and including project management course work.

Minimum of 1+ years of basic project management experience or equivalent training or education. Primary experience preferably within automated material handling and logistics applications.

MS Project experience.

Good interpersonal and negotiating skills to be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of PMBOK practices for project management is desired.

Proactiveness and eagerness to learn and grow.

Ability to listen and learn from others.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills capable of managing more than one project of varying size and complexity.

Demonstrated presentation skills.
