Responsibilities

Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain systems while isolating and resolving problems related to applications, operating systems, hardware, communications, or infrastructure.

Provide systems and account administration consistent with system requirements to support remote system service.

Support the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.

Install and load operating systems and application software.

Troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components, including implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Support an on-call rotation schedule.

Required

Experience with implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems while isolating and resolving problems involving the applications, operating system, hardware, communications, or infrastructure

Experience with hand-off of problem reports to appropriate client leadership

Experience with providing systems and account administration consistent with system requirements to support remote system service

Experience with providing support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers

Experience with installing and loading operating systems and application software

Experience with troubleshooting, maintaining integrity, and configuring network components, including implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance

Ability to support an on-call rotation schedule

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in IT, Associate's degree and 5+ years of experience in IT, or Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in IT

Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date
