Responsibilities
Establish the PMO role and create a Center of Excellence in alignment with Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines, quality standards, and company requirements.
Develop, implement, and govern program management processes, templates, policies, and metrics.
Monitor compliance with project policies and standards.
Coach and mentor project management practitioners and share knowledge of best practices.
Coordinate project deliverables with Project Managers, Analysts, Accounts, Strategy, Creative teams.
Oversee Project Managers for the delivery of projects/programs on time, within scope, and on budget.
Track and provide project status and audit reports.
Manage the risk, issue, and change resolution process, and work with other leaders to take corrective action as needed.
Interface with internal and external leaders to communicate project risks and opportunities.
Relationship management with a select group of partners, driving close collaboration on campaigns.
Seek opportunities to collaborate across the team, connecting activities to simplify and drive success.
Be a champion for holistic growth of a new program and opportunity for our team.

Required
8+ years of project management experience preferred.
Advance English (Written and Verbal) C1 level only
Expert‐level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – PPM).
Demonstrated leadership ability to establish and manage a high‐performance team.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Problem solving, escalating when needed.
Experience working with a team of SMEs (Strategy, Creative, Media, Accounts, PMs).
Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency.
Extensive experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies
Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.
Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.
Preferred
Multilingual is a big plus in growing our global teams.
Proven experience in large-scale project management within the technology industry.
