Responsibilities
Lead the design of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
Mentor junior/mid-level MEP engineering professionals.
Support proposal efforts and interface with clients.
Work independently through various design stages from concept plans to construction documentation.

Required
10+ years of related MEP experience
Proficient with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD and BIM
Experience mentoring and training employees
Experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts and interfacing with clients
PE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred with plans on obtaining PE license in near future
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
