Responsibilities
Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications
Support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready
Use little to no code to identify new techniques and improve the digital environment
Broaden skills in programming languages and databases
Craft architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices
Translate client IT needs and future goals into a plan
Automate and accelerate cloud modernization
Reduce system maintenance and development costs
Work cross-collaboratively to develop creative solutions

Required
2+ years of experience with designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications
2+ years of experience with low-code and no-code platforms
Experience with the ServiceNow platform and development
Experience with developing applications using little to no code and using a low-code or no-code platform to create apps
Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, or CSS
Experience with creating solutions to complex challenges in a collaborative team environment
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience with software engineering in lieu of a degree
Preferred
Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, ServiceNow, SalesForce, Pega, Appian, PowerApps, or OpenText
Experience in creating and configuring workflows with Flow Designer, UI Pages, Notifications, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Business Rules
Experience with developing portals
Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
