Responsibilities

Shape visions. Work with design, insights & data, product management, and engineering to explore new strategic areas for clients, make sense of ambiguous challenges and turn this into impactful experience.

Win and deliver award-winning work. Challenge thinking, lead creative on pitches, and create artifacts to credentialize capabilities.

Drive quality. Take a lead role on projects, set product design direction, run multi-disciplinary critiques, and own creative reputation.

Tackle high-impact problems. Partner with engineering and product management to ensure high-quality implementation meeting user, business, and technology needs.

Confidently create design systems for clients or evolve existing ones.

Be a coach and design leader to clients and design teams; plan and lead collaborative sessions, play advisory role to clients.
