Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing the product’s evolution, determining impactful developments, and ensuring their completion
Understand the Wyzant platform at a deep technical level to define product requirements
Work cross-functionally with engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing teams to develop solutions
Manage user data analysis post-feature launch for further product decisions
Provide status reports and recommendations to product team leadership
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve positive impact for users

Required
BA/BS degree in STEM or related field
3+ years of experience in product management
Proven success leading product teams to both build the right thing - and build the thing right
Strong analytical skills - ability to provide high quality, efficient, creative solutions to complex problems
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, especially engineering
Strong communication skills
Highly motivated with a resourceful, "figure-it-out" approach
Creativity, open-mindedness, and an unfailingly positive attitude
