Responsibilities
Work with clients across focus areas to uncover business needs, craft strategies, and implement solutions
Maintain continuity across projects, advocate for client relationship well-being
Lead client meetings, contribute to strategic conversations, and lead internal delivery teams
Develop multi-tiered client relationships and actively pursue account growth
Lead cross-functional teams, foster teamwork, and reward creative problem solving
Work with service delivery leads to develop new client proposals and services

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years previous agency or brand firm experience
Previous experience as main point of contact on highly integrated projects and accounts
Experience managing digital projects and a strong desire to continue learning
Experience with scoping projects, drafting briefs and managing budgets
Basic understanding of brand strategy and creative processes
Exceptionally strong communication skills, written and verbal
Proficient computer skills and interest in exploring new tools and technologies
Demonstrated relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients
Proven ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and provide thoughtful leadership across multiple projects running concurrently
Preferred
A sense of humor that can even tolerate (if not outright encourage) puns
A desire to connect with clients as people and not just accounts/opportunities
A healthy sense of the ridiculous
