Responsibilities
Develop, review and deliver top-quality custom reports to a variety of our client base.
Commit to a balanced mix of hands-on work in data and reporting (50%) as well as leading and managing (50%).
Oversee the team's work, monitoring performance, and understanding and addressing challenges.
Handle the delegation of tasks for both onshore and offshore team members.

Required
Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the problems and challenges in our products, along with the ability to communicate effectively, guide the team, and provide technical leadership.
Proficiency in SQL and the ability to develop APIs is highly desirable.
Knowledge of SSRS and Crystal reporting is a must.
Demonstrated experience in creating reports for external customers is essential.
You should currently hold a leadership role or be ready to take on a lead position.
Preferred
Ideally, you should have over 10 years experience.
