Responsibilities

Plan and execute end-to-end client lifecycle engagement programs consisting of tactics and content to drive awareness and engagement across account leveraging field and paid/owned channels
Participate in planning with Portfolio Marketing, Client Engagement, and Integrated Marketing team to ensure alignment of GTM strategies for clients.
Partner with Portfolio Marketing and Client Engagement on segmentation strategy to capture and leverage account intelligence for account planning and campaign targeting
Work closely with field marketing teams on localized strategies for client engagements and execution of strategy including local event engagements and follow-up
Align with Sales enablement, client engagement, and field sales teams to drive action and results from cross-sell plays
Manage a client communications calendar, communications strategy, and maintain marketing content on the client portal
Manage and enable teams with Account Based Marketing Playbook for Client Accounts
Own reporting and analysis of metrics to evaluate impact and results including engagement, leads, pipeline with frequent reporting out to the executive team
Work cross-functionally with the team and hold self and others accountable to meet commitments and drive results

Required

Bachelor’s degree; open to equivalent work experience
5 - 7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise software
Omni-channel client marketing experience with B2B buyers is preferred
ABM and Product Marketing experience a plus
Exceptional project management skills with proven success in driving projects to completion
Passionate storyteller with the ability to understand industry challenges, trends, and technical concepts to turn them into compelling content
Proven ability to define, develop and execute integrated marketing programs on time and within budget
Experience orchestrating plays and partnering with sales teams to deliver results
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven and results-oriented in planning and execution
Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong desire to win as a team combined with the ability to work independently
Self-starter, resourceful, able to multi-task and work autonomously with great attention to detail
