Responsibilities
Lead technical projects from ideation to closure across Collections and Risk tech stack
Drive initiatives providing transactional efficiencies such as payments and collections
Build relationships and deliver value to stakeholders across Risk Operations, Customer Success, and Experience Operations
Document functional and non-functional requirements, and design/development of technical solutions
Define and document business processes and systems with stakeholders
Develop and maintain project plans and associated communications
Perform Proof-of-Concepts when needed
Lead test preparation and execution
Test technical build to ensure functionality of solutions
Provide post Go Live support
Support business partners with system-related issues

Required
8+ years of experience delivering technical projects across Risk and Collections Stack
Must have: Peach Collections Tool or equivalent Collections, Payment Operations, Case Management and/or Risk Management platforms
Proven project management experience Including:
Leading and driving complex transformation projects, portfolios, and roadmaps
Documenting functional and non-functional requirements, and design / development of technical solutions that meet the business needs
Working with stakeholders to define and document business processes and systems
Developing and maintaining project plans and associated communications
Performing Proof-of-Concepts when needed
Leading test preparation and execution
Testing technical build to ensure functionality of solutions that meet the business needs
Providing post Go Live support
A deep understanding of Payment operations and Collections business functions and strategy, processes, cross-functional hand offs and intersections with Customer Experience and Support systems
Experience providing general system support to business partners
Experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies
Excellent teamwork, communication and ability to gain alignment across cross-functional boundaries
Ability to challenge the norm and maturity to advocate for changes for the greater benefit of the business
BS/MS in Business, Computer Science or a related field
Preferred
Nice to have: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Chatbot platforms, Finance and other Support tools
Service Cloud Administration experience
Admin experience across other platforms (Coupa, Quickbase, Salesforce)
