Responsibilities
Provides subject matter expertise on various complex projects assigned to Business Support Services
Coordinates and monitors tasks among operational areas for complex projects
Acts as subject matter expert for analysis and evaluation of claim systems and programs
Assists in the development, testing, and implementation of programs and procedures
Develops and maintains working relationships with internal and external customers
Coordinates claim system tasks with Finance team, including Break Payment items
Provides user access to Lotus Notes User Distribution Groups
Provides guidance to Claim department on Prefund requests and claim system processes
Provides expertise to ICT Help Desk Support for claim system issues
Oversees ISOVerisk Vendor relationship and manages related tasks
Analyzes, researches, and writes internal procedural changes and workflows
Participates in writing and maintaining operating procedures and user manuals
Provides guidance and training to Claim Offices on claim systems and procedures
Assists various departments in identifying and correcting data errors
Maintains log books and applies reimbursements to claim files
Provides backup coverage in Claim Operations as needed
Maintains relationship with File Storage Vendor and responds to related issues
Participates in ad hoc assignments and special projects
Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct

Required
Three or more years of experience in Broadspire Business Support Services, Claim Systems or Claim Operations or the equivalent, demonstrating a good knowledge of claim systems and field operations.
Education equivalent to graduation from college or the equivalent in related work experience.
Demonstrates effective customer relations skills.
Demonstrates sound analytical skills.
Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of claim system functions and the relationship of client information to accurate claim processing and reporting.
Demonstrate ability to work accurately with attention to detail and customer expectations.
Demonstrate effective and diplomatic oral and written communications skills
