Responsibilities

Leading the Growth Engineering team to design and implement growth strategies that align with DigitalOcean’s objectives.

Conducting extensive data analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

Overseeing the development and execution of A/B tests and other experiments to optimize product features and user journeys.

Collaborating with marketing, sales, engineering, and design teams to ensure cohesive growth efforts and consistent user experience.

Prioritizing product enhancements and feature developments that drive user growth and retention.

Regularly presenting growth performance and insights to senior management, informing strategic decisions.

Required

5+ years of minimum experience in product management, with a proven track record in leading growth-focused teams.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in metrics-driven decision making and A/B testing.

Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience in agile methodologies.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams across the organization.

Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term gains with long-term vision.

Technical acumen to effectively communicate with engineering teams and understand the product’s technical challenges.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
