Responsibilities

Own the APO Tech strategic program roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving successful implementation of key initiatives.
Manage the entire life cycle of program initiatives, from ideation through implementation and future enhancements.
Collaborate with technical stakeholders to meet strategic objectives effectively and provide insights for strategy deployment.
Strategize and implement tooling and automation solutions to maximize APO's capability and efficiency.
Collect data and insights from partners and customers to influence APO strategy and ensure customer needs are central to strategic initiatives.

Required

5+ years experience in technical program management, leading and implementing strategic initiatives.
5+ years experience in navigating complex organizational structures and collaborating with technical and business teams.
5+ years experience in communicating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

Preferred

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
Experience working in a technology or cloud computing environment is a plus.
