Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and purchase agreements.
Manage sales contacts and leads, ensuring a steady flow of business opportunities.
Troubleshoot project issues and develop effective solutions to ensure project success.
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
Secure necessary permits and licenses for project operations.
Monitor project costs, ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
Coordinate with teams and manage projects related to Electrical, Construction, HVAC, Piping, and HVAC MEP.
Conduct regular project review and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management within the Construction industry.
Proven experience in managing sales contacts and generating sales leads.
Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Solid understanding of procurement processes and experience in purchasing materials and equipment.
Experience in securing permits and licenses for project operations.
Strong financial acumen with experience in managing project costs.
In-depth knowledge and experience in Electrical, Construction, HVAC, Piping, and HVAC MEP.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
Proficient in project management software.
Preferred
PMP certification is a plus.
