Required

At least 5 years of experience in Java
Experience in Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Reactive Frameworks (Examples RxJava, WebFlux, Kotlin Coroutines or similar)
Experience in AGILE development
Experience in Android Development
Management experience (leading teams of 5-10 people) - the ideal candidate will
Have the ability to break high-level tasks into stories and sprints (in an AGILE framework)
Be able to maintain oversight on the performance of the individuals on the team and mentor as necessary
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (cost provided by company) is required upon hire

Preferred

A background in mathematics and algorithms is preferred
Familiarity with git/JIRA (or similar products)
Familiarity with military network messaging protocols is a plus (not required)
Familiarity with WinTAK or ATAK is a plus (not required)
Familiarity with Typescript and React is a plus (not required)
Knowledge of military doctrine is a plus (not required)
