Responsibilities
Responsible for project financials/deviations using NetSuite, profitability, project resources, timelines and quality of all deliverables and project outcomes.
Provides clear and consistent messages which are delivered to the project team and clients.
Partners with the Program Manager to ensure the project is delivered on time per agreed-upon schedule and quality commitments.
Provides timely and accurate status updates (both internally and to the Client).
Responsible for adherence to Majesco delivery implementation Playbook process requirements; outlines plan and monitors status, as required.
Proactively manages and escalates issues, risks/mitigation plans, material scope changes as needed to the Client, Program Manager or Executives.
Responsible for following program/project delivery processes and procedures.
Provides ongoing coaching and feedback to the project team.
Leads internal project review meetings with Majesco leadership.
Must be comfortable with a remote/in-office hybrid culture.

Required
Minimum 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in Project Management and 5+ years in insurance experience across various Lines of Business
Extensive experience delivering package or Software-As-A-Service (SAAS) solutions in an Agile environment is a MUST
Strong leadership skills
Ability to create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource maps
Ability to apply project control activities such as change, risk and issue management to ensure an on time/on budget delivery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, appropriate to the audience
Ability to take the initiative and solve problems as they arise
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to produce quality work within an aggressive schedule
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite, Jira and experience managing 3rd party vendors and contractors is a plus
Prior Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) implementation experience is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent required; PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus
