Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Head of Design to define AirOps’ new visual identity and user experience, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Lead the ideation, prototyping, and refinement of AirOps’ core product, leveraging data insights to drive iterative design improvements.
Confidence exploring and creating designs in an industry with few comparable products, with an openness to iterations and an excitement for innovative designs that have never been built before.
Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to deliver well-crafted, high-performance experiences that delight our customers.
Champion a consistent design language and brand identity across all product touch points (core product, website, marketing collateral), maintaining a cohesive user experience.
Advocate for user-centric design practices, incorporating feedback and insights from user research and testing into product iterations.

Required
4+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of shipping complex SaaS products. Prior experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.
Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining design systems from inception.
Portfolio showcasing creative proficiency while clearly highlighting your individual role in the project
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain clean and hygienic Figma files, annotate designs, and manage time effectively.
Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred
Familiarity with programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with generative AI models.
Prior experience in marketing, content strategy, e-commerce, or other technically complex domains.
