Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Customer-focused approach with a passion for understanding and addressing customer needs.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies.
Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.

Preferred

Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
