Responsibilities
Design and improve production processes through CNC programming.
Analyze and evaluate prints for production methods.
Program CNC machines and read technical drawings.
Adjust machine settings to optimize production while maintaining quality.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work effectively across multiple departments
Preferred
Experience in parts programming or Inside Sales
Associate’s degree in drafting or a related field is desirable
