Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initial planning to completion.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.

Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.

Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Proven 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, specifically with large-scale projects in Hospitality, High-Rise, and/or Luxury Hotels

Solid understanding of the construction industry, including knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in construction.

Proficient in contract management and time management.

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle complex, multi-faceted projects.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
