Responsibilities

Maintain data health through SKU lifecycle; test, validate, and transform data with multiple systems and downstream effects of data entered

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to obtain, audit, and manage data

Provide a proactive data hygiene service to RH to ensure SKU optimization and proper set up

Analyze, manipulate, and process large amounts of data

Perform database audits to ensure alignment across multiple channels and systems

Formulate and define process improvement objectives

Develop , recommend, and implement data driven solutions from which best practices will be implemented, and roll out changes to teams

Identify and implement processing mapping efforts to drive improvements and enhancements in process or technology

Translate technical concepts into non-technical terms and identify and troubleshoot data systems issues

Required

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or a related field

Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis in each of the following: data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning

SQL and Python

Creating and training statistical models using different algorithms

Root cause analysis and process design

SQL, Python, R Studio, Fusion, ATG, or Oracle

Maintaining data health through product life cycle
