Responsibilities

Completes assigned building rounds and maintenance requests as needed and directed.
Consults with Infection Prevention, Safety & Stakeholders for projects as needed and directed.
Helps to choose appropriate subcontractors and their responsibilities.
Monitor compliance with all safety and building codes, as well as all legal requirements.
Report-out on project status and track deliverables.
Work with departmental representatives and contractors to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

Related Experience

Required

High School Diploma required
3 or more years experience in related required
