Responsibilities
Build and maintain process and sales tools components for new hire onboarding and ongoing sales training.
Deliver formal and informal training sessions and coach team members on process and tools best practices.
Create and maintain clear documentation for the organization, including best practices and guidance for complex scenarios.
Provide process and tools support to the organization.

Required
Experience in support renewals.
Strong understanding of sales processes and tools in practice.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Experience in sales enablement and training.
Flexibility, agility and problem-solving skills to operate in a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail, time management and analytical skills.
Preferred
5 years of experience in support renewals.
Experience with stakeholder management.
Ability to solve complex issues.
Previous experience working in Oracle Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Subscription Plan Management.
Career Level - IC3
Requirement for in Oracle office work three days per week.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
