Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reliable code for the full stack of application components, from the database to the user interface.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and functionality.
Analyze, debug, and resolve software bugs and issues.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
Assist in the creation of system design and functional specifications for new development projects.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software solutions remain innovative and competitive.
Continuously improve software engineering practices across the development team.
Work closely with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality.
Ensure compliance with all relevant coding and design standards.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
Proficient in C++, Java, and CNO or equivalent.
Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
Proven experience with database design and data modeling.
Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and experience with at least one object-oriented programming language.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing to undergo a full scope polygraph.
Strong understanding of security principles and how they apply to web applications.

Preferred

Experience in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
