Responsibilities

Engaging in day-to-day operations, such as scheduling dispatching, training, and conducting morning meetings.

Maintaining strong working relationships with internal departments and representing UWRG professionally with clients and business partners.

Ensuring that the necessary equipment is clean, maintained, available, and assigned for each project.

Monitoring job site safety and productivity through random site visits.

Continuously training and improving safety, paperwork, and production standards.

Working closely with Regional and District managers to establish weekly production goals and ensure that variable expenses such as labor and supplies meet target percentages.
