Responsibilities

Design and develop training programs focused on technology-related topics, software applications, systems, and technology tools.

Assess training needs, deliver IT security training, and coordinate training sessions.

Update and maintain the knowledgebase and document SOPs and policies related to technology usage.

Collaborate with IT team and stakeholders to understand needs and translate requirements into functional specifications.

Plan, execute, and monitor small IT projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions.

Municipal Management Driver's License

Required

Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, computer science, or related field.

Six years of responsible municipal management experience or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.

May require possession of or ability to obtain a valid California driver's license.
