Responsibilities

Develop creative and innovative design solutions for internal tools, web, and mobile app experiences that support various types of customers

Work with cross-functional partners in Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders to understand customer problems, key opportunities in your domain, and define both the long term UX vision and also short term releases that unlock customer value

Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts, ensuring flows are intuitive and efficient

Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, maintaining a consistent style that aligns with Level All brand identity and standards

Execute all visual design stages from concept to prototype to final hand off to engineering

Strong understanding of common web patterns, foundations, and the ability to discern when to innovate versus adopt existing standards

Collaborate with users and stakeholders to conduct usability testing, gathering feedback to refine and enhance the user experience

Present work to partners, stakeholders and senior leaders regularly
