Responsibilities

Responsible for answering phone and taking messages as necessary.

Assists in typing correspondence, filing and copying.

Responsible for scanning and archiving of plant documents, including finished good batch records and inbound raw material shipments.

Assists with generating plant daily/weekly reports which includes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), finished goods and raw materials.

Assists with accounts payable for raw material suppliers and freight invoices.

All other duties as assigned by management.

Required

High school diploma or GED.

Demonstrated computer experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.

Preferred

Associates Degree.

Prior office experience; fax, copier, and printer.

Communicates clearly in verbal and written form.

Highly organized; superior time management skills.

Excellent math skills.

Ability to multi-task.
