Responsibilities
Assess, plan, design, develop, and implement professional development training curricula and courseware for end-users.
Conduct appropriate job task analysis in the context of instructional design of technical or specialized training.
Design, conduct, and evaluate post-instruction outcomes using current learning evaluation methods.
Develop storyboard/script with text, voice, sound, graphics, descriptions, and instructions for Instructional Design Team.
Manage the review and revision cycles of assigned projects.
Report on task and deliverable completions.
Conduct quality assurance testing of produced content.
Ensure consistency with established course design strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or education is required.
5+ years experience as an Instructional Designer is required.
Experience designing eLearning and ILT as well as the use of media production tools (Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, and Audition) are required.
Proven advanced knowledge of Instructional or Curriculum Design.
Proven advanced knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Review 360.
Proven advanced knowledge of eLearning strategies including but not limited to courses (e.g., processes and technologies, etc.).
Proven advanced knowledge of the technical tools and platforms required to achieve the delivery of engaging and media-rich online learning content, and of trends in the use and effectiveness of educational technology and learning.
Advanced knowledge and applied understanding of learning theories, instructional methodologies, and design.
Proven advanced knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript in the building, testing, and troubleshooting of eLearning projects.
Knowledge and experience working with Learning Management Systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and EHR software.
Preferred
Masters degree in related field is preferred.
Experience With Workday or Other HCM Is Preferred.
Knowledge and experience with Workday or other HCM is preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and Illustrator.
Experience With Workday or Other HCM Is Preferred.
