Responsibilities
Scheduling meetings with senior academic and administrative leaders throughout Boston College.
Supporting the planning and execution of all Board of Regents meetings, conference calls, video calls, and related retreats.
Assisting in developing agendas and supporting materials for meetings and external communications.
Organizing catering, audio/visual, and logistical needs in partnership with the Program and Events team.
Handling confidential materials with good judgement and discretion.
Collaborating with high-level executive alumni volunteers and various university departments.
Executing tasks with precision, flexibility, and confidence independently and within a team.

Required
High school diploma
3-5 years of increasingly responsible administrative experience in a professional setting
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including effective phone communication skills
Accurate typing skills
Working knowledge of Google Suite and Windows PC, including Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management databases
Exceptional proofreading
Strong attention to detail
Commitment to accuracy
Adept at handling multiple tasks and working well within deadlines
Demonstrated ability to compose a variety of strong, clearly written materials
Good judgment and discretion in handling confidential materials
Ability to work independently without close supervision
Flexibility to work beyond the regular hours of the workday when necessary
Solid knowledge of grammar and punctuation
Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player who is highly motivated and dedicated to the goals of advancing higher education
