Responsibilities
Lead and execute the development and maintenance of accurate and effective engineered standards through time and frequency studies.
Define and maintain 'Best Methods' for all job functions including training of management and hourly workforce on productivity and work methods.
Support business objectives and expense and throughput improvement initiatives through needs assessment, work methods flow analysis, recommendations and project implementation.
Use appropriate project management tools to plan, develop, and coordinate the completion of assigned tasks and deliver quantifiable results.
Test new concepts to improve the flow and setup in the distribution centers.
Support the design and implementation of material handling equipment incorporated into existing, new and expanded network buildings.
Support capital projects when required with work sampling, cost justification (Return on Investment), and cost/benefit analyses.

Required
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in projects related to process design, work measurement, productivity improvement, cost reduction and project implementation
Experience with work measurement methodologies and tools with an emphasis on time study expertise
Experience with Standard Data and Predetermined Time Systems (such as MTM, MOST)
Experience in best methods development and implementation
Experience with productivity tracking, data collection systems
Proficiency using SQL, R, or Python for coding and executing complex data analysis, including querying, manipulating, and transforming large datasets to generate actionable insights
Experience in the maintenance of a management observation and accountability program
Preferred
Manhattan Associates Supply Chain suite preferred
Dematic WCS functionality preferred
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
