Responsibilities

Drives and secures the development, performance, and profitability of an attractive portfolio reflecting market demand and customer needs.

Develops customer-centric strategies to achieve category growth, increased market share, sales, and profitability.

Leads customer & business intelligence and analytics function to identify and develop strategic initiatives, product differentiation, and value propositions.

Works cross functionally to turn intelligence into a go-to-market strategic approach and operationalize the roadmap.

Aligns with customers on key category initiatives and partners on strategic solutions to create maximum value.

Develops key initiatives and programs with quantifiable objectives, measures results, and oversees sales forecast and pricing process.

Engages economic/forecasting services to guide future revenue projections and identifies growth/risk opportunities with customers.

Project manages new product/offering launches, plans offerings, develops portfolios, introduces/launches offerings, manages offering lifecycle, and provides offering leadership.

Required

Bachelor’s degree required.

A minimum of 7 years leadership experience developing and executing growth plans, and customer insights leading to go-to-marketing strategic initiatives.

Product/offering portfolio life cycle management

Understanding of business intelligence and analytics tools and methodologies used to identify and assess new growth opportunities.

Customer-facing sales, analytics, or sales-support experience a plus

Experience creating and tracking marketing measurement and testing disciplines.

Knowledge of pricing strategy, promotional development, and execution
